This optional pre-conference activity offers delegates the chance to visit five butcher shops near Christchurch’s central city. The tour provides an opportunity to connect with industry professionals and gain insights into retail meat consumer trends in the region.
The price includes shuttle transport, with pick-up and drop-off at Distinction Hotel Christchurch, as well as afternoon tea. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
