**BUTCHER SHOP TOUR - Wednesday 28th May, 2-5pm. Price $60 + gst, includes shuttle transport and afternoon tea.**

This optional pre-conference activity offers delegates the chance to visit five butcher shops near Christchurch’s central city. The tour provides an opportunity to connect with industry professionals and gain insights into retail meat consumer trends in the region.

The price includes shuttle transport, with pick-up and drop-off at Distinction Hotel Christchurch, as well as afternoon tea. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Held at The Church Pub, a Christchurch favourite known for its live music and vibrant atmosphere, this event offers a relaxed setting to catch up with fellow delegates, share insights, and strengthen industry connections.

Enjoy a drink on us with provided drink tokens, and light nibbles will be available. This event sets the stage for an evening of networking and discussion before we move on to the conference dinner.

The Pure South Conference Dinner will be held at Te Pae on Thursday evening, following Meat Up Drinks. While there’s no dress-up theme this year, you can expect an evening of great food and good company.

Guests will enjoy a three-course dinner featuring a menu curated by Pure South, showcasing their premium range of quality cuts.
