Uppercuts Butchery, Winton

Uppercuts Butchery received a few write-ups in local papers after winning a Gold Medal at last year’s 100% NZ Bacon & Ham Awards. After making a few tweaks to his recipe, they decided to enter the competition and took home a Gold for their Loin Bacon. What a great achievement for Nathan and his team down in Winton.

Wild Game, Hastings

2023 has been a tremendous year for the team at Wild Game. Using good quality New Zealand Pork has been instrumental in creating the winning product.

The overnight success of being the double supreme winner was a lot to handle, but Jordan and his team have made huge steps in using the competition as a learning curve to expand his business. We are so stoked to see how much they've grown in just one year!
