The 100% New Zealand Bacon and Ham Awards have eight Bacon categories and three Ham categories.
All bacon categories can have skin/ rind on or off.
If you are unsure of which category your Bacon or Ham fits best in, please email nicole@rmnz.co.nz
If you enter sliced ham, this must be available as sliced ham at retail level.
If you enter boneless ham, this must be available as boneless ham in the piece at retail level.
